Adobe flash player for lenovo tablet, alternative to adobe flash player tablet, alternative to flash player for android, android flash player alternative, Android Tablet Flash Player Alternative, flash play replacment for tablet, flash player alternative for android, what is the alternative for flash player on android, what is the alternative.
Adobe Flash player is supposed to be imbedded in W10. And it does work in many web sites, but not all. Too frequently the spot on a web page that has requirement for Flash will advise that Flash needs to be updated or installed.
Clicking on the link bringsup another page that reminds us that Flash is included in W10, and even provides a link to click to verify that it is installed and functioning; and each time it is verified. But the page with the Flash component is still not seeing the presence of Flashinstalled.Does anyone know of an alternative to Adobe that will play the flash content and is compatible with W10? Hope the information helps.
Please let us know if the issue persist and we will be happy to assist you further. In my original post I described going through the process of checking that is in the link that you sent, as well as the built in utility that confirms flash enabled and working. Not sure if you didn't read completely, or., well not really sure why yousent me that link to check if it is enabled. Also, if you check the link you sent for 'latest version adobe flash' (which I am familiar with) there are two choices to make. 1st, to identify your operating system, 2nd, whether you are using chrome or firefox. So obviously that link does not apply toW10 and IE.
To answer your question directly, no there is no secure alternative to Adobe Flash. You must have Adobe Flash installed to view content in that format.
And the negative things you ‘heard’ about Macs applies to all versions for all platforms including Windows. Flash is obsolete, riddled with security holes (which is why it is updated so often) and a resource hog but is still used by many, many websites so we still need to have it installed for the most part. Go to Adobe’s website and update from there. The latest version of Flash installs a Preference Panel that allows you to update automatically or manually going forward. Being that Flash is very insecure, I've completely removed it from my MacBook Pro. The best alternative is to uninstall Flash from your system and download Google Chrome as it has Flash build into it and you're not vulnerable unless you're browsing in Chrome. If Safari is your main browser, as mine is, then you need to open Safari Preferences, go to Advanced and click the checkbox for 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'.
Once you've done this, the Develop menu bar menu shows up and you can click it and choose 'Open Page With' and choose Chrome. It is a bit cumbersome, but it removes the vulnerability when browsing in Safari as many sites are now using HTML5. Hope this help.
